Some think you can shove any person into any job, and expect them to do it proficiently. However, in my experience, this is not the case. You certainly can force a square peg into a round hole and make it fit, but not without generating a lot of splinters.

Those splinters cause us to waste time pulling them out, dealing with the pain, and trying to medicate the residual wounds. Organizations lose countless hours, mental energies, and restful nights dealing with the aftermath of poor job fits. These are one of the Invisible Drains I’ve identified in a workplace. Invisible Drains being those things that drain time, energy, clarity, money, and resources, although they are mostly unseen by those impacted by the effects.
As a Certified Personality Trainer and Business Coach, I’ve seen the negative outcomes associated with disregarding good job fits, and the positive rewards of analyzing for best results. For nearly twenty-five years I’ve studied how our natural personalities affect failure and success, on the job, in life, and for love. Job fit assessments save precious resources and human emotion.
I’m also an Inspirational Coach, driven to guide others to achieve all they are meant for. Without understanding who you are at your core, it’s impossible to achieve all you are capable of. Discover your abiliites, and dare to dream. This is your place to start.
