She shares hope and encouragement on the stage and from the page — reminding audiences, “It’s never too late for a fresh start with fresh faith.”
Anita is a multi-published award-winning author, her titles include Amazon Best Seller and Readers’ Favorite International Book Award winner: Getting Through What You Can’t Get Over, Barbour Publishing, First Hired, Last Fired — How to Become Irreplaceable in Any Job Market, Leafwood Publishing, Death Defied-Life Defined: A Miracle Man’s Memoir, releasing Spring, 2016, and is a contributor to the global book phenomenon, The Change: Insights Into Self Empowerment Book #4. Anita’s favorite pastime is watching sunsets with her husband of 30 plus years, while they laugh and dip their toes in the water. Her favorite passion is inspiring others to transform battles into victories.

Amanda Espinoza, Ed.S, LPC

Amanda is the author of Fight the Good Fight: The Priscilla Principle. She has seen the mighty power of God heal relationships, restore families in crisis, and intervene for those struggling with accepting his unconditional love.
Amanda answered God’s calling and submitted to his plan for her life back in the Spring of 2011. Since then, Amanda has been a part of the Common Ground Ministry Team, become a conference speaker, and provides faith-based counseling to those in need.
Amanda has a degree in Psychology, a Masters in Education, and is a Specialist in Counseling Education, currently completing her doctorate in Educational Leadership. Amanda’s favorite role is that of wife and mother to Autumn and Aaron.
On January 30th, 2016, Amanda will speak on the topic, Love is not…Control. So if you want to know what Love really is, we hope you make plans to be there.
Sheila Gravett, M.A.T., M.A.C., Evangelist

Sheila’s core mission is to encourage God’s marvelous works, (his people), by expressing Christ’s unconditional love and care for every detail of their lives; in their mind, to their bodies, from their souls. Sheila’s ministry is founded on biblical principles and blended with counseling techniques to provide practical and applicable strategies to assist women in their relationships with God, self and others.
Sheila is the founder and presenter of the Just As I Am seminar series. Born with a birth defect and becoming an amputee at the age of 11, Sheila can relate to women on many levels when struggling with identity and emotional issues. Sheila adores her children, and time spent ministering with her husband, Aaron.
Sheila is currently writing two books, Just as I Am: Living Complete When You’re Incomplete and M is for Marvelous. Sheila has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology, Masters degrees in Teaching and Counseling, and is an ordained minister and evangelist.
For the audience of the 2016 Happy New You Conference, Sheila will share the closing Keynote message: Just as I Am: Living Complete When You’re Incomplete.
