Now that Thanksgiving is behind us, like me, you might feel guilty over the amount of turkey, dressing, or pie you consumed. So much so, you could be thinking ahead to the New Year push for healthier living. I know I am.
But since we haven’t even made it through Christmas yet, I thought a little workout fun might be in order. Who knows, watching mistakes made my others might protect us from slipping up like some of those shown in the video below. If nothing else, laughter is not only good medicine, it’s a great inner workout. Enjoy some giggles.
Are you thinking ahead to a healthier lifestyle in 2014?

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 (NIV)
Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.
