Friday, I shared Bonnie Ware’s Five Regrets of the Dying.
At the Storyline Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, Donald Miller shared his Five Commands for the Living. These contrast a life of regret, when we focus our decisions based on how we want the end of our story to turn out.
I think they’re worth sharing here. We all should work and live with these in mind.
Donald Miller’s Five Commands for the Living
1. Don’t ignore your dreams.
2. Keep work and relationships in balance.
3. Project your God-given self into the world.
4. Cultivate deep friendships.
5. Be grateful.
How could a life with this kind of intention turn out differently in the end?

Love it! Great tips. I also loved your other post about the five regreats of dying people. These are obviously those, turned positive. Keep going Anita!
Thank you for the encouragement Deb, and I will offer some of my own. Your writing gets better all the time, both in style and content. I am so tickled to know you, and excited to see what great gifts God has in store for your obedience to the call He’s placed on your life. Keep on!
Thanks. When I got mono, everything seemed to suffer…for over two months! Not only did energy level go from 100 mph to 0, but so did my creativity, cleverness, mental processing, etc. Unreal. I’m coming back though!
So glad you’re rebounding. We need your gifts!
