It’s Okay to Question

Sometimes we’re afraid to voice our questions out loud. Maybe fear of how we might look keeps us from confessing something we struggle with. In the coming weeks, I’m partnering with Darren Dake to record a series of Podcasts on Engaging Life and Leadership.

We use the word engage, because it is defined as something that causes us to get involved with, become a part of, or make an impact with. We want to engage folks like you, so we can explore real-life questions together. Discover answers we might not find alone. And honor God along the way.

So often we are shut down when we question. Darren and I want to provide a soft place to land for your hard questioning. We may not have all the answers, Why Are Some Prayers Unansweredand we’ll honestly tell you when we don’t, but we’ll be happy to discuss, research, and go on the quest with you. Life is an adventure, more exciting when companions join us on the journey. We’re stepping into unchartered territory, and invite you to climb out of the rut, and leave mundane behind.

You don’t have to be a Christian to ask. You don’t even have to know what the term Christian means. And maybe that’s a question we should explore. Hmmm.

Don’t assume you’ll get the answers you expect. Be prepared to dig with us, as we unearth intriguing treasures. We have no idea where we’ll end up, but we do know it won’t be boring. And we plan to be honest. God is our guide, and we are following Him as the Ultimate Leader.

Are you ready to take some courage, strap on some Indiana Jones bravado, and strike out into an exciting unknown? We are, and are looking for a few traveling companions who like us, want to make that fresh start with fresh faith. Goodbye life of mediocrity — Hello life with meaning!
