Recently, I facilitated a group of business owners from around the country. Within that varied climate, where regional cultures and opinions often clash, my audience found a specific statement of unified agreement. I’d like your thoughts on a quote from one of the members about gender differences at work.
“Dealing with females is like kickin’ a cat — Kick them once and they’ll remember forever.
Men are like dogs — Kick them today, and tomorrow they’ll forget and come back for more.”
I’m not making the statement, just asking the questions. True or untrue? Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Why or why not?
